Personalized or monogrammed items can be returned only in the case of misspellings.
No other personalized or monogrammed items will be accepted.
All other returns will be accepted if:
- item is unused and unwashed
- item is in original packaging
- item has original receipt.
Buyer pays shipping on all returns.
A full refund, minus original shipping costs, will be granted when Woopsie Baby Designs receives merchandise.
